(1) What is the difference between flocking fabric and Oxford cloth?
The difference between flocking and Oxford cloth:
The method of vertically fixing short fibers (generally 0.03~0.5cm in length) on the substrate coated with adhesive is called flocking. Oxford cloth is a new type of fabric with various functions and a wide range of uses. The market mainly includes: nesting, full elastic, nylon, tigue and other varieties.
The principle of flocking is to use the physical characteristics of same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction, so that the fluff is negatively charged, and the object that needs to be flocked is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions, and the fluff is attracted by the plant body by the different potential, be vertical and accelerate to fly to the surface of the object that needs flocking, because the plant body is coated with adhesive, the fluff is just vertically stuck on the plant body.
Features of flocking fabric: strong three-dimensional sense, bright colors, soft hand feeling, luxurious and noble, gorgeous and warm, lifelike image, non-toxic and tasteless, heat preservation and moisture-proof, non-shedding, friction-resistant, smooth and seamless. Oxford cloth has the advantages of soft hand feeling, strong drapability, novel style, and good waterproof performance, which is for shirts, tracksuits and pajamas etc.
(2) How should flocking clothes be washed?
When cleaning flocking cloth clothing, it should be separated from other clothes, and the soaking time should not be too long. Mix the detergent and water thoroughly, and then soak the clothes, otherwise the clothes will fade unevenly.
Summer clothes are mostly thin, and the wrinkle resistance of flocking cloth is not very good. The best water temperature is 30~35°C when washing, soak for a few minutes, but it should not be too long, and it should not be wrung out after washing. Dry in the shade, do not expose to the sun to prevent fading.
It is recommended to use acidic detergents to neutralize them. It would be great if you use a special detergent for flocking cloth. In addition, summer clothes must be washed and changed frequently (usually once every three days), so that sweat will not remain on the clothes.
Most of the flocking fabric clothing has a single collar and is relatively thin. You should avoid brushing or rubbing hard when washing. The neckline of the clothes cannot be scrubbed horizontally, do not wring out after washing, and hang them directly to dry. Do not expose to the sun.

Due to the different methods of fleece assembly and the different materials used, there are extremely rich types of fleece, and it is not easy to generalize.
In order to facilitate selection and use, here they are classified according to different functions.
The fleece used outdoors can roughly achieve the following functions: warm, windproof, lightweight, quick-drying, wear-resistant, extensible, easy to compress, easy to manage, anti-static, water-repellent, etc. Commonly used outdoor fleece Most of the fleece can realize one or more of these functions, so if it is subdivided, there are still many.
